		<description>at least you said it...you should be preparing, but it is good to hear from you too! I think of you often when I am cooking...cause I just don't know how I would live with out meat. But I could, but I would have to have butter, and sour cream if I were to live off of potatoes. 

Anyway, I was thinking of "calling" you the other night....there was a special on spinach at the store. So I steamed some and enjoyed it with BUTTER and a drizzling of balsamic vinegar. But I didn't know if you had any interesting ideas(maybe involving coconut milk?) for what to do with spinach? Any tried and true concoctions that just make you want to stuff yourself like popeye!
