Maid Mommy

This is a card from my son’s Old Maid card set. We were playing this game together today and when he saw this card he said, “Look, it’s a picture of a mommy!” HA…….Ha………….ha

I went to a huge rummage sale today and bought some wonderful goodies. Can’t wait to share pictures of it all, but that will have to wait till next week when I get my camera. I can say that I bought some wonderful little vintage soup bowls and a HUGE pile of fabric. After chatting with the cute little lady runny the fabric table (about aprons and making clothes), she decided to mark down several of my fabric pieces to half the original price. So sweet of her!! Then I got the guy at the door to give me my 8 soup bowls for $3 instead of $6! So I got 10 very nice pieces of fabric (one of them is a full bed sheet), 1 very sweet apron, a little bag of lace and 8 soup bowls for a whopping $12! Woo-hoo! A good day indeed.
