Theme word for Illustration Friday this week: Garden
Watercolor and Pencil
We are super excited about spring/summer fruits and vegetables! They are the best. Strawberries and tomatoes are two of our favorites. We are preparing for a small garden, hopefully it will go as planned. If not, we have our local CSA and a community garden. At the very least, we can say that we finally have our compost started.
Happy Wednesday!!
I sure wish I could draw like that!
I love the community effort of the little ones, the dragonflies, and the butterflies…it’s a sweet drawing! Good luck with your garden. Strawberries and tomatoes…yum…they both say summer!
this is so cute!!! i need to make sure I do background colours in my illustrations – they always look bare….
they have a few community gardens here in inner city Sydney – cool idea!
That’s a lovely watercolor! Good luck with your garden – we’re still a couple of months away from any sort of gardening up here…
Lovely watercolor.
This is a nice watercolor. I like how whimsical it feels. Good job! I too am looking forward to my gardening. Last year I did “Square Foot Gardening” and LOVED it. It worked out very well. Yay to fresh tomatoes and carrots! 🙂
What a perfect garden.
Awesome!
