And I just had to mention my favorite book on the topic of health. It's geared towards kids, but it's really for everyone... Perfect Health for Kids by John Douillard. It's about Ayurvedic medicine and the most helpful suggestion for preventing sickness is to do regular oil massages. It's helped so much.
