		<description>I have been using a similar concoction since I was young, about twelve. My mother taught me to grind up oatmeal, almonds, and nonfat milk. I keep it in a jar under the sink. When I wanted to use it, I spooned out about 2 tsp. and mixed it in my hand with warm water to make a paste.
My skin feels so soft and clean using it...and I love your additions for my next batch!!</description>
