*They are super tasty.
*I didn’t have any barley flour so I used buckwheat, which I had in the pantry.
*They are veganized (with earth balance & almond milk).
*It was easier than I thought it would be. Fun too, since my little guy helped.
*The texture was really good and they were perfectly sweetened.
*The kids devoured them and now they are gone.

I was jsut thinking like 1 week ago how difficult it would be to make my own graham crackers. How funny. Now I have to do it!
Oh no, I have some vegan marshmallows in the pantry too, this may call for some s’mores….I will definately try baking these before our next camping trip!
