Made some messy, delicious and totally vegan cupcakes last night for a friends birthday today. I love baking vegan because the results are great and people are always amazed that baking can be done without eggs.
I got the recipe from Chef Chloe who won Cupcake Wars on the Food Network with this recipe. It is Gooooood. Lick your fingers and pick up every crumb good. Moist and not too sweet. I am making these again because they were a HUGE hit at work today. She has lots of other great recipes that I can’t wait to try.
