I was surprised today when I got the new issue of Green Craft magazine in my mail box. I have a project in it called, Keeping Notes.
It’s a legal pad holder made with cardboard, paper bag, cereal box and other scraps of fabric, ribbon and decorative papers. The cover has some machine stitching, glued images and a bit of paint. I really loved the process of this project.
I hope you will check out this lovely magazine, if you haven’t already. This issue is packed with loads of beautiful eco-friendly goodness.
You’re so clever! I admit I’d never heard of this magazine before, but I will keep my eye out for it…
🙂
I love it!
oh, how exciting! I just love your art!
I’ll have to go out and see if I can find the magazine. Our Barnes and Nobel often has magazines that are hard to find, so maybe they have it ~ haven’t seen this one before.
Oh Regina, I love your birds! Congratulations!
Congratulations! I’ve been meaning to get my hands on this magazine for awhile. Love your project.
Go you! Your work keeps getting more and more amazing! Love it!
Ooh fabulous i love it and this magazine, must go out and grab myself a copy. You have such great ideas my lovely friend xx
whoohoo!! You get published so often!!! Your work is so awesome! Congrats friend! I told my mom about your brooch swap today, and she signed up. Shes a little worried she wouldn’t get in, but today was the last day right?? How many signed up? I already got a couple ideas :o) Talk to you soon!
I’ve been looking for a project like this…I’m a teacher and I hate showing up at meetings with just a clipboard and pen…so un-creative…sadly, it’s like 9 months after this was published and I’ve searched all over for this magazine so that I can do this project…no luck…any suggestions???
I love this project! I was flipping through my old copy of Green Crafts and came across it. I haven’t sat down to really figure out how to DO it yet, but am so inspired by the beauty of it (and functionality) that I will make time soon. Thanks for sharing–it’s the reason I found your website, too. I can’t wait to explore more . . .
I like your idea. Good work!
