savor it now

This is our season, for those of us lucky to be living in the Southwest right now.

Come summer, we’ll be hiding in our air conditioned houses, I promise.

Today, a beautiful hike among the stately saguaro.

We have to savor it now and go outside while it’s nice, bright and cool out.

I hope you had a beautiful weekend!

Gorgeous! It reminds me of our Grand Canyon trip a few months ago…

    Your garden is beautiful too!

    Have a lovely day!

I was born and raised in the southwest. I live in the midwest now, and I miss the desert something terrible!

I’m glad someone is out there enjoying the blue skies and cacti! That first photo in particular is stunning.

Sometimes it seems that the southwest is “brown and flat,” but your photos show the true lovely colors and features.

  4. so pretty, so great to see and so vastly different then our NY landscape.
