I’ve been working on these sweet little birds all weekend, but they are still not done yet.
They still need eyes, encaustic wax, some touches of gold and wire for hanging.
I will be taking them to an Audubon Society show in a couple of weeks. I’m hoping to make 20 total. They are one of my favorite things to make. I will share pictures of the finished birds soon.
I also made some Harry Potter buttons with my kids. My oldest went to a HP movie marathon on Saturday and we made these for him to pass around. I also made him another tshirt and some chocolate dipped pretzel wands. He had a great time.
OH Regina! I soooo love these birds! the one you made for me hangs in my bedroom, and I LOVE looking at it every day. Been thinking so much of you lately. {{HUGS dear dear friend!}} Cant wait to see these beauties when they are all done!
