Meet our new pup! Her name is Freya and she is a Springer Spaniel. She will be coming to our home a few days before Christmas. We are so excited to meet her and have been preparing the house for her, plus getting some ideas for some puppy DIY. She is only a few weeks in the picture above, but will be 11 weeks when we get her. So excited!!
And, remember this painting that I entered for the 2014 All Souls Procession Poster Art Competition. Well, I got 4th place for the main competition, but it was chosen as the image for the Procession of Little Angels, which is the children’s version of the main event, held the day before. My painting also sold, so very good news! It will be exciting to see this painting in poster form next year.
Also, my sweet friend Jenny Wentworth will be teaching in this really great e-course called Studying Under The Masters. What a great idea!! She has chosen Botticelli.
Join Jenny and eight other artists and become the “apprentice”. They will share how to became a modern-day apprentice. Through discussion and technique videos, each artist will share their week with a “master” as if they are sitting next to them. You’ll learn who their “master” artist studied under, who influenced their work and what techniques and mediums they used.
Sounds cool, yes?!?! —->Go HERE<—- to find out more and sign up!
