I was so sad to hear the news about Prince, a few days ago. He was such a huge part of my youth, so many songs bring back memory after memory. Lots of dancing and singing with my friends, MTV videos, cassette tapes, posters. Sigh.
I will be forever thankful that I grew up during the time of Prince.
His music lives on.

Awesome tribute painting Regina. Talented man painted by a talented lady. I remember a friend winning opening night tickets to Purple Rain (movie) and I caught my first train to the city with her to watch it in our mid teens. I remember people being glammed up and sparkley and we were two little country bumpkins! A great night and an eye opening experience for us.
