This week’s challenge is Yarn.
May I introduce to you, Ellie the Octopus. She is smart, strong, witty and very talented. She can wrestle down a shark 10 times her size, whistles numerous showtunes, and using her eight arms she’s able to knit, crochet, paint and sew all at the same time!!!She is also the keeper of important keys, precious memories and a good friend to my little ones.
Ellie was made with leftover crafting felt and her arms were carefully crocheted with cotton yarn. On her back she carries the sweetest picture of her two best friends. Their picture was printed on iron-on transfer paper and then ironed onto plain white cotton fabric.

I love the photo! Is it hard to use iron-transfer paper? — I’ve been wanting to scan some of my kid’s art work.
Cute entry!
