This is actually a mild hit-n-run. Usually there are clothes and socks scattered all over the room and down through the hallway. It only takes mere seconds for all this to happen.

Painted canvas cover
This snaps onto the changing table (using heavy duty snaps that screw into the wood). Super E (almost 5) gave me instructions on what to paint and I painted a picture of his imaginary world complete with friendly dragon, dinosaur and toy-candy-pizza-book-game shops. The snaps are just strong enough for only daddy & mommy to undo.

A very clever and unique idea…and functional too! Cool that “super e” was part of the process.

So cute, both your son and your canvas! my son is the same way, loves to take his books off his shelves, etc. I try to keep his room organized, but he seems to enjoy seeing his things all at once on his floor! LOL

  9. Oh wow!!! I love this and the painting is so sweet. Once he is older you could take it off and hang it in his bedroom. Great job!

Such a great solution! Both of my little monsters used to do that very thing. I was not so imaginative. I just moved everything up and away from temptation…made for some challenging diaper changes.
