I think I definitely bit off more than I could chew with these swaps. I guess the holiday spirit swept me away. I did get everything out pretty much on time, but I’ll never do more than two at one time again.
These are my ornaments for Amy’s Ornament swap and The Holiday Ornament Swap 2006. There are 17 total (2 are for me). They are made out of brass, copper and aluminum art sheets (36g)- cut out and painted. No two are alike. I really enjoyed making these and might even make more in different shapes some time in the future.
I LOVE LOVE these! They are so adorable!!!!
WOW!!! love those birdies, lucky recipients! The beautiful things you do…

These are really nice. The colors, the materieals, everything.
I LOVE them of course!
These are beautiful) I hope I get one from Amy’s swap:)
Fabulous. I love your details and the way you’ve attached the wing. Back Tack III was way too stressful for me, I haven’t done any swaps since then! Your recipients are very lucky.
I got my bird ornament in the mail a couple of days ago – and I LOVE IT! It is even more wonderful in person and I’m really glad that I’m in your swap group.
I read your website on Monday and got my little bird on Wednesday! How exciting to have one of your creations. Hope my ornament makes it to you safely.
Merry Christmas!
I love those little birds. I also found some cool little personalized angel christmas ornaments russellrhodes– they also have an Abby ornament for girls that might be really cool to swap for those precious darling birds!
