I love February, it’s the romantic in me I guess. I love the hearts, the red and pinkish hues and all pretty things that are made around this time.
This is a Valentine Fairy–she brings the promise of love and happiness. She is a close relative to cupid and keeps a watchful eye for sparks of love. (I watched Amelie last night, can you tell? Oooo, la la!)
She is made by stamping onto fabric and then embellishing with lots of pretties. She will have a string near her crown to hang her any where you’d like.
Do you want her? You can have her by simply leaving a comment on this post. I will draw one name on February 5th at 6pm (you can comment up until then). You will get this, a couple of handmade valentines and some other goodies. There will be more winner(s) of smaller valentines, depending on how many comments I get. So you can delurk now and say hi!
More of these are in the process of being made for my little Feb. 10th show in town and for my Etsy shop.
Thank you for all you do to keep me inspired and creating!
So beautiful! Count me in!
Your fairy looks great!
I’m delurking (amazing what a giveaway will do)! I love your blog–always a source of inspiration. And I love Valentine Fairy–so cute!
Hi Regina, You’ve given me too much already but I had to comment to tell you that you’ve inspired me once again! I love the valentine fairy idea – I hope I can find some time… Such great ideas you have!
She’s adorable! Did you carve your own stamp? Cool.
Oooh she’s delightful! I would love to make her part of my home. Thanks for the inspiration!
oops – sorry – didn’t mean to be anonymous above. 🙂 Kirsten
You have the most fabulous giveaways, Regina! What a beautiful angel – you are so talented!

Beautiful 🙂
She’s absolutely adorable! (Like everything else you do.) You are so creative!
She is sweet!
oh, she’s lovely. I would be thrilled to have her in my house. I watched Amelie once years ago, and got a little bored by the subtitles and zoned out a bit, but I remember it had tons of style. I could see how it would inspire you to create something beautiful.
You make such lovely things! I find lots of crafty inspiration on your blog.
Adorable!! Delurking (though maybe I have once before). You, and she, are very inspiring to my creative side. I go in spurts but you always have amazing things here to get me thinking. 🙂 So glad you share.
I love this! Your “Month of Me” was inspired -such great things! I look forward to the inspirations that February brings!
She is so cute! If I tried to cut my own stamp, the red would be my blood wrecking things! And really, who doesn’t need a little fairy in their lives??
so darling! count me in!
ack!!! she’s adorable! who could resist an Amelie inspired fairy!! and feb. 5th happens to be a very special day so maybe luck will be on my side 🙂

I love Amelie, and i love the fairy! You did a great job creating her, she is so pretty.
Count me in too! She is just adorable. Happy love month to you!
a.
WOW!! She is beautiful!!
She’s so precious! You know, I think I’d leave her up year-round 🙂
Girl, you’re a nurse. How do you have time for all of your crafty goodness? You amaze me. And Amelie is one of favorites, too. I almost named my daughter Amelie, but thought there would be too much confusion on how to pronounce the name. So she is my Mia, and I can’t imagine her with any other name.
Love her!!! Too cute
She’s adorable! Your website was the first that I ever came across. I was looking for a recycled art project to do with my third grade students.(I found your recycled soda tealight holders) That was last year and I have been reading your blog ever since. I am sewing now, and even dabble a bit in putting a website together for my classroom. All thanks to your inspiration. Thanks Regina. You have made a big difference in my life!
It’s so fun! The carved stamps are fun to do, aren’t they?
I love the little angel… adorable! I’m playing with so many different medias right now, trying to find my niche.

Oh man, I love her! What is that stamp made of? I remember carving into something like that when I was in elementary school, but I don’t remember what the blocks were. 🙁
Ooohhh…she’s so pretty! I’m in.
awesome and “in the mood” for love!
You’re really onto something with your custom stamps. This is absolutely gorgeous!
Your angel is adorable and it has reminded me that Valentine’s Day is just around the corner! I had better put my thinking cap on!
What a pretty cupid – I loved the Amelie trailer too – I want to see the movie.
Thanks,
Teresa
Comment, comment comment. Oh I love her. All the embellishments and goodies–lovely.

Hi there. Your Valentine fairy is great. She would find a good home here. I’ve been visiting your blog since the embroidered button swap in October. I enjoy your ideas.
