You Rock!

First day of second grade(!) was on Monday.  Would you believe I forgot my camera?  That’s like me forgetting my left arm!  I ALWAYS have that thing with me just in case a photo moment arises.  So this pic was taken after school.

Luckily, one of the other moms snapped a shot for me, but I don’t have it yet.  It’s strange how you don’t realize how much your child has grown, until he is lined up with other kids his age.  He has grown sooo much!

I made the above funny freezer-stencil t-shirt for him. You may have seen the design before. I find it kinda clever and amusing.  There is a slightly different stencil of this design HERE that you can print out in case you’d like to try this out.

I have several more plain t-shirts to decorate and Super-E is demanding that I hop on it!

  1. I love the shirt. I completely dropped the ball for our first day of second grade this year but I am hoping to have a first day after labor day outfit.

It seems too soon for summer to end! My oldest is off to college tomorrow (eek!). No more first day of school pics, which makes me sad. I love that t-shirt you made–it’s perfect!

I love that shirt!!!!!!! It cracks me up! Now that would be a good shirt, a nut and and a nut cracker, with the nut saying to the nut cracker, “you crack me up!” ok, maybe I’ll make that one!

Hahaha, I LOVE that comic. When I first saw it, I posted it on my blog. It’s just so witty and yet so simple.
