Do you ever crave a certain color of food?
I do. This week I have been craving orange foods. Sweet potatoes, pumpkin, and buttnernut squash.

They were all incredibly good. Especially Orangette’s salad. It was divine. I was hesitant at first because tahini can sometimes be very over powering. Not the case here. It will be my new favorite chickpea recipe. SooOOooo good!
I had a great time with my friend, Alexandra, today. I worked on pincushions and she made felt hair clips and brooches. We just chatted and chatted and chatted. So good for my heart. I wish all of you, my blog-friends, could come over and play. We’d have such a good time.
I feel like I reach through my monitor and grab that muffin! Gorgeous photos….and glad you had a good time crafting!

I’m definitely lovin’ me some orange food now too – from pumpkin pie to buttercup squash – that chickpea salad looks super!

All of that looks so good! The squash looks divine.
I need to make those pumpkin muffins soon…right now they are the only thing that sounds good to me.
As for photo stuff, I only shoot in natural light in front of a big sunny window. I also use my macro and super macro option a lot. If the light isn’t right, I always use my table top tripod.
