Here are my last 5 postcards for iHanna’s postcard swap.
I really, really loved the process for these. I actually want to make more, but alas, I don’t have time.
I made the first nighttime owl, in the top picture (wish), and I love it so much I made another so that I could keep one. My boys love the ‘wish’ one and I like the ‘giggle’ one (because that owl looks grumpy and he just needs to giggle, right?) So now I don’t know which one I will keep. Regardless, 10 will be sent out tomorrow.
You can see all 11 over HERE on Flickr
you’ve WOWWED me Regina!! don’t you almost hate to let them go?
I absolutely love these. If you are able, there is a woman collecting postcards w/ messages of encouragement and hope to give to children in Japan. There’s more information here: http://quinncreative.wordpress.com/2011/03/29/letter-from-japan/
SO cute! Love that grumpy owl. By the way, I just read this article and it made me think of you (it’s not exactly a ringing endorsement but since I was confused about the whole movement I thought it was interesting): http://www.wmagazine.com/beauty/2011/03/six_weeks_without_washing_hair
Love, love, love them!
Very cute! They look like they’re a lot of fun to create.
My favorites (of course 🙂 are the bliss & wish ones! So pretty, love those owls! So excited to finally get to meet you in person after all these years! 🙂
The ‘ggigle’ one made me laugh out loud. Its just BRILLIANT!!! I’d HAVE to keep that one just for the irony!
Love
