So thankful for my sweetest three guys, a full belly, a warm home filled with love and laughter.
1. red wine, 2. whole wheat roles, 3. massaged kale salad, 4. mashed potatoes, 5. maple pecan sweet potatoes, 6.creamy corn casserole, 7. Bryanna’s seitan roast and 8. corn bread stuffing (not shown: cranberry sauce and mushroom gravy)
I promised to show a few friends, that I do have a lot of food to eat on Thanksgiving day. I am so thankful that I have the choice to be vegan and have an abundance of delicious foods to choose from every single day. I was so full after dinner, that I could barely squeeze in a sliver of pumpkin pie (also not shown) into my poor aching belly (I had to make sure it tasted okay!!!). It was all soooooo GOOD!
Hope you had a great and abundant day too!
