Ready to see lots of pictures from our trip last week?
We went to San Diego for 4 days for our 20 year wedding anniversary. Of course the kids went, because that is just how things are. They are a huge part of our life right now and wouldn’t seem right without them.
San Diego is an easy 6 hour drive for us, which makes it a great vacation spot. Cooler weather, the beach, lots to see–what more could you ask for.
No big theme parks for us this trip, just a lot of hanging out at the beach, hiking, morning walks, beach combing and playing in the water.
We did a bit of walking around fun areas like, Hillcrest, North Park, Balboa Park and Old Town and found a ton of yummy veggie food restaurants for us to eat at. YUM!
We also went sea kayaking, a first for us. It was so much fun, I will definitely do that again. No pics of that though-too wet.
The beach is our favorite. We could of spent a lot more time there.
