Boxes

Here are some little trinket boxes that I’ve been working on. They are to be sold in my so called “shop” that I plan on having someday. If only I could get up enough courage and motivation to really get it started. Plus, I’m having a hard time coming up with a new name for this so called “shop”. I like ‘Creative Kismet‘ for my blog okay, but would like something different for my shop. I have a few ideas in my head, but none seem to really GRAB me. As long as I don’t have a shop name ready, I can’t really open a shop, right? That’s been my excuse anyway.

These boxes are all so sweet. Is that polymer clay on the cupcake ones? You always do such neat things with polymer clay!

Etsy is definitely great way to go. It is only 10 cents per item to list them. And craft items sell the best I would say. I love your boxes! I woud buy one!

Since I can’t convince myself to take the plunge, I’ll encourage you to do it! Seriously though, those are amazing and I think would do really well.

hehehe I just had the exact same conversation about 15 mins ago. I’ve been slowly making bags to one day sell in a still-very-far-away shop. Just waiting for the time, courage, motivation and perfect name too!

I’d love to say “do it”, but then who am I to talk?

I WILL say that your boxes are georgeous though, especially the cup cake ones!

I’ve been procrastinating about the whole Etsy shop thing too. I’ve got it all set up, I just haven’t made anything that I think is good enough to sell there. I love the boxes. I think they’d do well. Something that’s unique and that most of us could never possibly make ourselves. Good luck.

Those are awesome and have been meaning to comment for a while now. Really, I have one, so I know the quality, detail you put into them. The top, round ones remind me of an icecream sunday…you are so talented. When I look at your work, whether, paintings or boxes, clocks, or sewn things, I just get a feeling that you are smiling, and that makes me inspired and happy.

I know that sounds corny, but it is not. It is so hot here, well, humid and rainy, that my fingers keep sticking to the keyboard. Probably too, cause there is maple syrup, popsicle, american cheese…..you know, the computer is in the kitchen, so the kids must touch it!
