I went grocery shopping without a grocery list! Very very bad. I never do that. I always plan out what meals we’ll be having for the week and then make out a very detailed list. I have to or I’ll end up getting nothing to make dinners with. Plus, I went after working out- so I was starving! Not good. We’ll have to see how this coming week goes with making dinners. should be interesting. I won’t bore you with my whole list, just a few of the more interesting items.

A lot of stuff was discounted in the health food section of my local groc. store (and I was very hungry) so I bought quite a bit of my favorites.
Last week I made some mini tofu banana pies (using Mori-Nu Mates Vanilla Pudding Mix)
and yummy chickpeas, tomatoes & caulifower with coconut curry sauce.
