I’ve just a bit of time to sit and stare at my computer screen in an attempt to avoid the rest of the house. So, instead of answering emails and comments like a good girl, I made some mosaic sets with fd’s flickr toys that I’d thought I’d share. It’s a perfect distraction for me right now.
I’m struggling between doing a colorful quilt-like bedroom or a tranquil two-toned bedroom. I think I’m leaning more towards colorful. *Insert squealing break sounds here* I was just notified by my husband that this is his bedroom too and that he is definitely going for tranquil. Well, we all know who is really in charge of this decision, now donΓ’β¬β’t we.
Boy, would I love to have any of these pieces in my home. Click on the picture to see the artists. I’m planning a huge yard sale to free myself of clutter. Any money I make will go towards some new art for my home!!!! You can find more of this amazing art at the following places:
Quilted, embroidered, crocheted and knitted. A feast for your eyes! Enjoy!
Oh, yes, my husband tries that tactic once in a while as well. Needless to say, his ideas are vetoed rather rapidly. π Guys in general have poor fashion sense, so of course you will do a better job of decorating!
If he really puts up a fight, though, try offering him a choice between two colors that you like. π
I LOVE wasting time by making flickr mosaics…I have a flickr set of them π
Lovely!
Men know better. If Mama ain’t happy, ain’t nobody happy! That fliker thing looks like fun, but that is the last thing I need… one more thing to learn how to work.
Your new home ideas are just beautiful. That flickr toy could get me in a lot of time trouble!
Hello! Your art is amazing! You are a very talented person! I would like to ask you how did you make the picture on the upper part of your blog it is sooooo artistic!
Once again bravo!
I just noticed some of my stuff in there! How fun. I was looking really close at your home decor group because I’m on a tear around my house trying to spruce it up with color and fabric. I’ve decided to spend every Saturday on some project I’ve put off for years. It seems to be working so far. Looking forward to seeing how your bedroom turns out.
Oh Regina, thank you so much! I knew you liked that print of the poppies and that’s why I had it printed π
I also want to thank you for sharing your beautiful work, you are such an inspiration!
Big, big hug for ((((((you))))))
