The pillows in my living room are drab and dark and I am very sick of looking at them. I thought I’d start replacing them, one by one, with prettier, brighter ones instead. So here is pillow #1.
An easy peasy one for me, since I bought the actual patchwork star at a yard sale, some time ago. I just trimmed it with more white fabric to make it 16 x 16 inches and added the back piece. I love it’s crisp, clean look. It is definitely a good start.

It looks great. I need to make some pillows too. I guess I’ll just add that to the list. lol
I have a similar star…one I started (and planned to make many more for a quilt) but it was too challenging and frustrating. I should turn it into a pillow like yours!
