My sweet man-guy (the hubby :P) bought me a new tea mug for my birthday. Isn’t it so pretty- like a piece of art. It’s from Creativewithclay, an etsy shop. Check out this video on how it was made. Pretty cool. I took ceramics in college. Not one of my best artistic ventures, so I fully appreciate the work, skill and beauty that went into this cup. Thanks honey. My tea tastes even better now!
I would like to try to take little sneak peek pictures of the birds as they come in. They have been coming in batches of three so far, which is funny to me. Twelve sets–60 or so to go. I imagine this will be the crazy mail week. They are due on Saturday all you bird swappin’ folk!!
wow, those birdies are very cute!!! thanks for the sneak peek…my twig tree awaits a flock…
Looks like he has more options for other gifts too! What a great mug!

Thanks Regina for posting my mug… well your mug now. I am glad you are enjoying it.
I love the way it looks with all your birdies. Your husband made a good choice picking a piece that goes well with your art work. I made an entry about this in my blog too.

Baby’s First Doctor Visit
A woman and a baby were in the doctor’s examining room, Waiting for the doctor to come in for the baby’s first exam. The doctor arrived, and examined the baby, Checked his weight, and being a little concerned, Asked if the baby was breast-fed or bottle-fed. ‘Breast-fed,’ she replied. ‘Well, strip down to your waist,’ the doctor ordered. She did. He pinched her nipples, pressed, kneaded, and rubbed both breasts for a while in a very professional and detailed examination. Motioning to her to get dressed, the doctor said, ‘No wonder this baby is under-weight. You don’t have any milk.’ I know,’ she said,’I’m his Grandma, But I’m glad I came…..
Oh!!! My birds on the right side. They are missing me:)))but I’m happy they arrived in safe:)
love the birdies! That mug is great. It looks a bit like lace to me. very cool. I’ve started to appreciate different mugs. Hopefully that means I’m starting to relax in life because it has always been about the matching set for me.
