Happy Labor Day!

A wonderful day spent at Colossal Cave Mountain Park.  It’s a big cave in the mountain that you go into with a guided tour group.  It was a very nice 70 degrees in there. We learned lots about natural formations that were formed over millions of years–stalactites and stalagmites. Plus, there is so much history in that mountain.  A train robbers hideout during the cowboy days, hidden treasures and lots more. A really fun trip.

Check out this post on 37days.  It’s 5 little videos called, Children Full of Life. They are a must see.  Grab a hankie, your gonna cry a few happy tears.

Happy Monday!

  1. I share this beautiful desert with you! While your pictures on this post accurately show the amazing beauty of this desert that we live in, it does not convey the heat. I’m shocked looking at them, and not getting any sense of heat! Somehow when you live in this heat, you feel like you can see it.
