This year I will FLOURISH

Have you picked your word of the year yet?

Instead of a New Year’s Resolution, pick a work that gently guides you, builds you up and supports you and your goals/dreams/way of life throughout the year. What will yours be?

This will be the 4th year that I have done this and I really believe that it has more sticking power than resolutions.

Last year my word was Thrive, the year before was Focus and before that Open.

They have all helped in many ways to get through the years.

This year I want to flourish.  I’ve been feeling a little doubt from myself and from others with this whole creative business thing.  Everyone wants to know if I’m making any money.  Good grief, I’ve just started.  And my family is not starving if that is the concern.  I need time. But, you just wait and see…. I WILL flourish.

I can feel it.

So, here are some links to things that I have read to help motivate and inspire you in all of the newness of 2013.  Enjoy!

I know you will flourish too my amazing friend!!! My word this year is “momentum” Last year was “change”, the year before “embrace” and the year before that “Believe” you are so right in saying its better than resolutions. The first few years of words really helped me cope with the kids diagnoses. And the last 2 I am feeling like will help me into a new phase of acceptance and healing. Yay! Love your new word! its perfect for you this year :o)
