I started a painting this morning that went miserably. So, I put the painting away, cut up some nice, hot press watercolor paper and started sketching. It helped release all the tension of my failed attempt at painting. Now, I want to paint these pretty girls. Maybe I will.
Just writing that last sentence gave me a little pang of anxiety. It made me realize all I have to do with the coming busy holiday season fast approaching.
I have applied for 4 art shows/craft fairs. I know that I am in 2 of them so far and am waiting for word on the other two. Plus, I got another calendar job (I will tell you more about that later) and I had wanted to make a couple of little mini e-workshops. Phew! I guess we’ll see what I am able to accomplish!
I hope you will be able to find time to paint these Regina – they are so very gorgeous. Wishing you best of luck with all the things you have planned – just reading your list makes ME anxious 🙂 BUT you can do it – You RULE !!!! (big hug)

Wow Regina, you are busy, but you are so talented. I love the drawings you have done they are varied and beautiful. If you do not mind, what size to you cut your paper? i cannot wait to see what type of mini-ecourses you design. You are one of my faves. Take care

Thank you for your kind words! I cut my paper to 6 x 7 inches, but I might be trimming them down to 5 x 7. Small and easy to work with.
