I almost forgot to post this! I am doing this arts & craft fair this weekend in Tucson. Please stop by if you are local!
It has been an incredibly exhausting but fun weekend so far. First there was all the prep, making and printing prior to the show, then the sitting in the hot blazing sun for the last 2 days. Of course, it was almost 9o degrees both days, just when I thought the cool weather was here to stay.
The best part of course, is meeting all of the wonderful people who get my art and love the vibe I give out. For every 100 people that walk right by without even a glance, there are at least 10 that are drawn in, who squeal in delight for my art and that makes my heart leap and swell. It is truly a wonderful thing. It makes all the sweat, love and tears totally worth it! Thank you to all who stopped by to visit me and buy my goods.

WOW Regina , your stall looks great. I’d be one of the “Squealers” indeed!! 🙂 The heat sounds awful and I hope it has all been worth your while. I have totally given up on going to markets because the prep is so much work and just not worth the rewards. I know exactly what you mean by people who just walk by with out even a glance (I find that so weird…. why do they attend markets and then not savour each and every offering????) Hope you are able to rest and recuperate for a while after this <3
