  1. Harmonia says:

So, what is the recipe for the cookies? AND for the spinach pasta bake? Did you put the pasta in the oven uncooked? How long did you bake it and at what temp? jw

    Great pictures, btw

As for the code…I am thinking of doing away with it. What do you think about just a simple link back to the purpose/program info, the optional graphic, and blogroll? Let me know your thoughts!

    Great list!

  2. Cookie recipe came from the Morinu.com. Look under recipes then Baked Goods & Desserts. Of course I used all vegan ingredients. This recipe always works perfect for me everytime and they disappear very quickly!

For the pasta bake I pre-cooked the pasta for about 6 minutes, drained, added sauce, spinach and white beans. Sprayed a dish with cooking spray, sprinkled with plain bread crumbs and vegan cheese- added pasta mixture then topped with more vegan cheese and bread crumbs. Baked at 350 for 40 minutes. That’s it!!
