Today’s starting out as a nice beautiful day. Were heading out to Fort Worth this afternoon for the Main St. Art Festival and then we’re eating at Spiral Diner & Bakery (A favorite veggie spot)! Yippee! I Love going to art festivals. Especially this one.
First I have to share my new eggplant grocery tote. I made it last night (and a little this morn) in honor of Earth Day. Now hopefully I won’t forget to take it to the store with me. I made it using some left over cotton duck I had so it’s very sturdy. I wish I had enough of that pretty purple fabric to line the inside, but I just used off-white cotton instead. I’m still trying to use what I have this month and it’s nearly killing me. My husband is holding me to it though and I’m trying to hang in there! I feel like I being severely tested though. I keep getting 50% off coupons in the mail!! UGH!! I will be strong. I still have plenty to keep me busy.

That is one smart looking tote!! There is a blog I check out once in a while, http://www.thesupereggplant.com…and I think of her when I see this bag.
Enjoy the festival, and more importantly, enjoy eating out! I never get to eat out, so I am super envious!
Oh have a great time!! I love this bag. Perfect for grocery shopping or picking up goodies at the farmers market.
