Sheet Swap & Skirts

I received this lovely stack of sheet pieces in the mail last week. Now, I need to make some skirts, which was part of the deal for this swap. I think I may make draw-string pajama shorts out of a few of them. Maybe a top too.

I bought this book to inspire some skirt making. I’ve been wanting it for a while. It’s a really great book. Lots of good ideas and easy to follow instructions.

Now my house looks like a linen shop. Heaps of fabric all over the place! Must go clean!!

I see a summer of skirts in your future. I think I’ve made about twenty since I bought that book a year ago.

That book is soooo addicting, and when you’ve got a pile of tempting fabric nearby, it’s impossible to resist! (Says the girl with 23 handmade skirts in her closet…)
