10 Days of Happiness- Day 1

I have about 10 days left to study before I head to Phoenix for my BIG test. So, these next 10 post will be short and sweet.  Simple reminders of things that make me happy, hopefully to keep that test anxiety at bay. When I’m all done with my exam, I will be all ready to share some good ol’ Kismet crafting, so please stayed tuned. I am super excited to get back into the creative swing of things.

Thanks to all who left birthday wishes for my big fantastic 7 year old.  We had a wonderful birthday weekend, despite the downpour of lovely monsoon rain.

Of course my Super-E fills up much of my day with happiness, and in honor of his birthday, he will be the subject of Day one. It’s hard to believe he was once so small.  Now he is 50 lbs and 49 inches of pure bounding excitement and joy.

When I’m studying or working hard on something, I try to remember the reasons that led me to take the class/test/work in the first place. It makes it easier to focus on enjoying the studying and seeing it as part of a process of becoming who I want to be. Don’t know if that helps or not but I thought I’d try. 🙂 GOOD LUCK!

I love those pictures of E – especially that last one. I hope he had the best birthday ever! I know I had fun spending the day with all of you and having him show me all of his cool swimming moves like “The Squid” and “The Dolphin”. You will do fantastic on that test – I have lots of faith in your ability to accomplish this!!! Love you to the moon:)

Dad had Super E with him once when Dad dropped by my office. I made the mistake of letting the little guy check out my IPod–he didn’t want to give it back. He was prepared to fight me for it. Cute? Sweet? Are you kidding?

Ha ha ha ha ha! Cheers!
