Thrifted vintage pillowcases make me very happy, as you may have guessed. But, a novel idea came to me the other day, to use them as actual pillowcases for pillows! On the bed! Yeah, brilliant I know. It makes me very happy to use some of my stash in this way.

Ha! Novel idea, indeed. Love that wall color!
Looking at that cozy bed is happiness!
Pillowcases for pillows?! I believe you’re on to something, but I gotta sleep on it! 🙂 I adore how the different patterns/styles go so well together. I love things (dishes, chairs, clothes) that don’t match and are complimentary.
I just love vintage sheets and pillowcases. I was gifted a bunch from my grandmother and I just love them. They make my bed so much more of an enjoyable place to be and they are FAR prettier than any other pillowcase on the market!
It is so easy to forget that you can actually use vintage pillowcases and bedsheets for the bed and not chop them up!
So pretty – I love all the blues together…
I have vintage linen envy – I have only been able to find one sheet in my area. And that had a hole in it (good for cutting, though) Either people in my area are EXTREMELY frugal and still using these sheets, or someone else is getting to them before I can.
