day dreaming

I was inspired by one of the photos in my last flickr mosaic and had to paint this day dreaming kitty.  She’s dreaming of the sun, blue skies and butterflies.

    i just wanted to tell you that this piece really moved me. my cat, a russian blue, died in mid-March and i saw this post a few days afterward. your other paintings and artwork are lovely as well; keep up the good work 🙂
