It’s hard to not get all caught up in the magic and happiness that is artfest. It’s also easy to get a little overwhelmed (at least it is for me). The excitement, nervousness and anticipation if it all turns me into a tied up little mess. That is why I was so happy to listen to an interview with Teesha Moore. The message that rang through and through was to RELAX. I hear ya Teesha, loud and clear. You can listen to the podcast HERE.
So here are my goals for artfest this year:
* Relax
* have a great time
* be brave
* talk to Teesha Moore (the founder of artfest) about teaching next year
* make lots of friends (don’t be shy)
* take lots of pictures
*walk tall, smile often
*take deep, deep breaths when needed
* join in the fun stuff
* write stuff down, so that I don’t forget (like names of people)
* Enjoy some chocolate & wine
* enjoy the process
* learn LOTS
See you on Monday (maybe sooner if I can get some good phone camera shots)
Have a great time!
Have fun!

Hello Regina…I want to thank you for the lovely postcard that came in the mail today. I got the one with the cactus and the little bird on top. I love how you packaged the card! I’m checking out your other art and will be sure to bookmark your blog. Thanks again!
