I made this double chocolate zucchini bread a few days ago and, oh my gosh, it was so good. First, I saw this recipe on pinterest and was inspired to find a similar, but vegan recipe. I did find this one, but it didn’t have the same amount of cocoa powder and I knew I wanted it to be VERY chocolatey.
I used 7tbsp of cocoa powder, 2 tsp vanilla and 1 cup chocolate chips for the vegan recipe. It was chocolatey, moist and so delicious. Oh, and I have to mention that the zucchini came from the garden of a dear friend, making it extra special. It was a huge hit and I’m already planning on making this again.
